Love the splash of color the grafitti gives this side of the building…this is what I envision in a city to look like as well
Yep…that says “city” to me immediately as well. I agree with Tammy – the pop of color makes this photo.

I like how the red jumps out and yes, it says city to me.
I agree with your statement…those are things that are 99% of the time not found in rural areas. I like the character they give to buildings although grafitti may get out of hand.
